Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without the need to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@approvedbymarx.com. We will guide you through the next steps.
Condition of Returned Items
All items sold are vintage and pre-owned, carefully curated and offered as unique pieces.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and any accompanying documentation. You are welcome to inspect the item as you would in a physical retail setting. However, any handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning may result in a deduction for loss in value, as permitted by EU law.
Return Shipping
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items must be securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide clear return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@approvedbymarx.com, and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged Items, Incorrect Orders & Transit Issues
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@approvedbymarx.com, including clear photographs. We will review the matter carefully and work with you to reach a fair and appropriate resolution.
Outside the European Union
Due to the nature of our products, all items sold are vintage and/or second-hand, and we therefore do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, images, measurements, and condition notes carefully before placing your order. We make every effort to present each item as accurately and transparently as possible.
